COMMENTS: Unknown plate type. Picture taken in Tallinn, Estonia. Prime mover of trailer had Swedish plate. Trailer was from Company FRANS MAAS which headquarters is in NL. Driver told me this is an English plate. I have been discussing this with many people but still no answer. Serial format (b/y. 1 letter and 6 numerals) of this plate has been matched with some CIS member states. |

| COMMENTS: Most definitely French normal series rear plate which normally should be black on yellow. Pictured in Paris, France. If this is from France it is from Versailles (78) |

| COMMENTS: Plate pictured in Estonia. Handmade copy of Dutch export plate. Most probably not legal one. |

COMMENTS: Plate pictured in Estonia. Font
and lettering combination match ideally to Estonian square sized plate
series (Z).
That is why i think this is a not legal version of Estonian square sized plate. |

COMMENTS: Interesting way to add inspection stickers to licence plate. Four colour cycle (from green to yellow) can be clearly seen on just one licence plate. Inspection stickers are not in use in Estonia for new registrations since may 2004. |

COMMENTS: Unofficial EST sticker. Probably added after may 2004 when inspection stickers are not added anymore and can be removed. |

| COMMENTS: Some drivers use a gap between numbers and letters to stick an EST international oval there. |
